The University’s Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) and Penn State recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to create an Early Assurance Admission Program.
Over the course of two full days on March 24 and 25, residents of Chester, Pa., received comprehensive eye exams and eyeglasses—many of whom would not otherwise be able to afford these essential services.
