The Learning Resource Center (LRC) is typically full of students reviewing difficult concepts from class, textbook pages turning and keyboards clicking. But on Friday, December 8, from 12-2 p.m.
Giving back is a core value of the Salus community, especially during the holiday season. In the past few weeks, donation boxes and charitable acts could be seen all over campus.
Veterans of all ages were able to have their vision, hearing, balance and speech-language abilities screened at the first Veterans Readiness Initiative (VRI) event this year. The screenings were provided on November 20 during the Veteran’s Expo at Montgomery County Community College.
From November 16-18, the University’s Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) hosted clinic directors, administrators and externship directors from optometry schools across the U.S. and Canada for a conference in the City of Brotherly Love.
Salus University staff and students greeted the nearly 300 guests as they entered one of the finest, full-service country clubs in the country – the Philadelphia Cricket Club in Chestnut Hill - on the evening of Saturday, November 11.
