A team of faculty and staff from the University’s Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) descended into New Orleans, La., to attend the year’s first and largest educational optometric conference, Southeastern Educational Congress of Optometry (SECO) February 20 through 24.
Salus University has named Chaitali Baviskar the new assistant vice president for Clinical Operations. In her new position, Baviskar will serve as the chief operating officer responsible for the efficient and effective management of the University’s clinical sites - The Eye Institute, Pennsylvania Ear Institute and Speech-Language Institute - while ensuring the highest standards of patient care in conjunction with the educational experience of its students.
Next week, Cara Orr, PA-C, will officially be joining Salus University’s Physician Assistant (PA) Studies Department as an assistant professor.
