Salus University welcomes Drs. Stephanie Leburg and Navpreet Hehar as instructors in the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO).

Dr. Leburg graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree, with honors from PCO in 2016. Dr. Leburg gained significant experience at PCO’s clinical facility, The Eye Institute, during her Primary Care residency she completed this past summer. In addition to her accomplished professional experience, Dr. Leburg is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.

Dr. Hehar graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. with a bachelor’s degree in honors biology. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Michigan College of Optometry in 2016. Dr. Hehar brings with her a wealth of experience including completing her residency at Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center where she focused on ocular disease, low vision, and contact lenses. Her research interests include orbital cellulitis, scleritis, and the cosmetic and therapeutic implications of colored contacts.
