George S. Osborne College of Audiology

Summer Workshop Series

The University’s Osborne College of Audiology offers annual four-day, on-campus and international workshops in July that are designed for audiologists who desire intensive training for specialization in a targeted area of study.  The workshops are on the Salus University campus in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania (near Philadelphia) for US audiologists and can be held in other countries when arrangements can be made and there are sufficient registrants. In 2014 there was a pan-Pacific series in Brisbane, Australia and there are plans for potential 2015 workshops in Australia, New Zealand and China.

This unique hands-on workshop series for licensed practitioners has met with great success and been enthusiastically received by participants. Taught by distinguished, expert faculty, past workshops have  included Auditory Processing and Disorders; Electrophysiology in Audiology; Diagnosis and Management of External and Middle Ear Function; Advanced Updates of Hearing Aid Technology and Clinical Best Practices; and Vestibular and Balance Assessment.

Workshop topics, dates and locations for 2015 formation will be available in March 2015.
