Application Process

Application Fee

A non-refundable fee of $50.00, in the form of a check or money order made payable to Salus University, should be mailed to Salus University, College of Education and Rehabilitation, 8360 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027. Please do not send cash or an amount in excess of the $50.00 application fee.

Obtaining and Submitting Your Application

You can apply for admission by:

• submitting an on-line application
• downloading and completing a written application packet. Each packet contains:
  • an Application Form
  • an Application Fee Payment Form
  • three Reference Reports
• a request for application materials to be mailed to you call 215.780.1301 or
