HOLD DATES FOR FIRST NLCSD CONSORTIUM
AND PUBLIC ADVISORY MEETINGS
NLCSD Consortium members, please hold the dates of February 1, 2, and the morning of February 3rd for the first NLCSD meeting, which will be held at OSEP in Washington, DC. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements. We will make hotel accommodations for you. Please keep all travel receipts for reimbursement; you will receive a “per diem” for your food expenses.
We will begin our work at 9 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday mornings, and at 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning. Please plan to leave the meeting no earlier than noon on Wednesday. We will have a joint meeting with the Public Advisory Council on Wednesday morning. Please be advised that NLCSD Consortium members are required to attend this meeting, if you have a conflict, please make any necessary adjustments to your schedules. Unfortunately, we have no flexibility with the dates of this critical first meeting. If you are flying in we suggest you use Regan International.
NLCSD Public Advisory Council members, please hold the dates of February 3rd and 4th for the first NLCSD meeting. This meeting will be held at OSEP in Washington DC. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements. We will make hotel accommodations for you. We will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday February 3rd and will conclude by 3 p.m. on Thursday February 4th. If you are flying in, we suggest you use Regan International.
More information concerning the DC NLCSD meeting will be forthcoming. Please hold the dates, make any necessary adjustments in your schedules that may be required and arrange for flights now so as to get the best possible rates. Tina Fitzpatrick will be sending you more details they are available.
