College of Education and Rehabilitation (CER) Scholarship Application

Applications are due by March 1, 2020.

Scholarships recipients will be awarded by end of March, 2020.* 
 
Applicants eligible for this scholarship include entering students in the Blindness & Low Vision, Occupational Therapy (MSOT) and Speech-Language Pathology Programs. This application is optional, and will have no bearing on your admission to Salus University.

*Blindness & Low Vision scholarship recipients entering in the 2019-2020 Academic Year will be awarded at the start of summer 2020 semester, regardless of which semester they begin classes at Salus.
 

After a review of the scholarship applications, the CER Scholarship Selection Committee will select eligible candidates for possible scholarship awards. The Scholarship Committee considers academic achievement as demonstrated by grades and entrance exam scores; personal background, as demonstrated by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, educational experience, socioeconomic background, cultural heritage, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, gender expression, disability status, geographic origin, and/or membership in an underrepresented group within your chosen profession; and interpersonal skills, as demonstrated by extracurricular activities, community service and work experience. This scholarship is renewable for one time contingent upon maintenance of good academic standing, as determined by your academic program policy. Award amounts range from $5,000 - $10,000 annually.
