Salus University and its clinical facilities will be closed Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will open with normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 21st.
This year, the Salus University Alumni Association Awards will be awarded in one ceremony as part of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) Centennial Gala weekend. Each year, the University’s Alumni Association recognizes the professional contributions and achievements of graduates and friends of the institution. Awardees are nominated by alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of Salus.
The American Academy of Audiology (AAA) held its annual meeting and conference in late March in Columbus, Ohio, that 10 faculty members and 22 students from the University’s Osborne College of Audiology (OCA) attended.
The University’s Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) welcomes Nicholas Gidosh, OD ’15, as he starts his new role as assistant professor and chief of Cornea and Contact Lens Service (CCLS) at The Eye Institute (TEI).
On Friday, April 26, 2019, thirty-five additional notable individuals will be awarded Presidential Medals to commemorate the 100th anniversary of PCO and the 10th anniversary of Salus. Every Saturday, we will highlight a few of the new awardees. This week's are Drs. Quinn, Shovlin and Silbert.
