As students and faculty returned after the holidays, the University’s student ambassadors made final preparations for the third annual Dean’s Winterfest. On Friday, January 11, students were welcomed back to the Hafter Student Center which was transformed into a winter wonderland representing this year’s theme of fire and ice.
Recently, I joined my classmates Olivia Bologna ‘20 AUD, Anthony Oliveti ’20 AUD, and Jenny Rajan, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA, assistant professor in the University’s Osborne College of Audiology (OCA), to participate in OCA’s first international clinical rotation at the National Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH), in Trivandrum, India for five days.
It’s officially been two months since Radhika Aravamudhan, PhD assumed the role of dean of the University’s Osborne College of Audiology (OCA). Since then, she jumped right in on her top priorities; such as exploring innovative ways OCA can lead in audiology education and further building upon stable clinical partnerships with partners to enhance and expand clinical education.
