Salus University has named Chaitali Baviskar the new assistant vice president for Clinical Operations. In her new position, Baviskar will serve as the chief operating officer responsible for the efficient and effective management of the University’s clinical sites - The Eye Institute, Pennsylvania Ear Institute and Speech-Language Institute - while ensuring the highest standards of patient care in conjunction with the educational experience of its students.
February is American Heart Month - a time designated to bringing awareness to heart disease, which is – the leading cause of death in the United States. Jennifer Mas, MMS ‘17, PA-C is a Salus alum who now works as a cardiology PA. Her practice ensures each patient is educated with evidence-based recommendations in prevention, risk factors, and any presenting cardiac illness.
Next week, Cara Orr, PA-C, will officially be joining Salus University’s Physician Assistant (PA) Studies Department as an assistant professor.
