Members of the University’s Class of 2014 Occupational Therapy (OT) graduates achieved a 100% pass rate on their NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) qualifying exams, according to program director, Dr. Fern Silverman. "We are all very proud of the 100% overall NBCOT exam pass rate achieved by our first graduating class of MSOT students, which is pretty unusual for a brand new OT program.  I am especially proud of the fact that 95% of our students passed the test on their first try." NBCOT, the credentialing organization for occupational therapy, provides a standard for certification of occupational therapy practitioners and their mission is to serve the public interest.
