Scholarships
Create an Endowed Scholarship or Fund
Endowed scholarships allow ambitious students from all backgrounds to attend the University and start their careers with less debt so they can focus on meeting the nation's growing needs for a highly skilled health care workforce.
- A minimum gift (or multi-year pledge up to five (5) years) of $100,000 will establish a named, endowed scholarship fund to benefit students enrolled in a specific college, program or department at the University.
- A minimum gift of $50,000 (or multi-year pledge up to five (5) years) will establish a named, endowed scholarship fund to benefit graduate students enrolled in a specific college, program or department or to benefit undergraduate students University-wide (with no specific criteria).
Awards will be made from the income earned on the fund’s principle in perpetuity. Endowed funds of up to $50,000 will be utilized for their intended purpose only when they have been funded with cash (or cash equivalents) equaling at least 50% of the total anticipated gift value. Endowed funds of more than $50,000 will be utilized for their intended purpose only when they have been funded with cash (or cash equivalents) equaling $25,000 or more.
