Join the Bennett Career Services Center and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry on October 23 for PCO Career Day 2026—a full day of career exploration, professional development, and employer engagement designed for all PCO students.
Throughout the day, students will have the opportunity to:
- Meet and network with employers from private practices, healthcare systems, industry, government, and nonprofit organizations.
- Explore employment, residency, externship, and future career opportunities.
- Attend concurrent educational sessions on career development and the transition from student to professional.
- Learn from employers, alumni, and other professionals about topics relevant to every stage of your optometric education and career.
Employers and organizations will have the opportunity to:
- Network with students throughout the day
- Promote career and professional opportunities
- Share information about their organization and services
- Build brand awareness among future optometrists
- Support the professional development of PCO students
Career Day is the premier annual employer engagement event for PCO students and features a combination of an Employer Expo and concurrent educational sessions designed to prepare students for successful careers in optometry.
All PCO students are strongly encouraged to attend.
