Why did you choose Physician Assistant Studies?
I chose to study to be a Physician Assistant at Drexel's Elkins Park Campus because of the supportive environment I felt from the moment I interviewed. This program was actually my first interview of the application cycle, so I was extremely nervous and stepping into an entirely new experience. The professors and staff were incredibly reassuring and welcoming, which helped build my confidence, not only in that moment, but in a way that stayed with me afterward.
Initially, I was drawn to the program because of its impressive PANCE pass rates and its beautiful location, which allowed me to be closer to my family after living in New York for four years. However, what truly made me want to stay was the sense of community and genuine interest in me as a person. I knew I would need that kind of environment to get through such a rigorous and important time in my life.
