Emma Curran, Occupational Therapy

Why did you choose Occupational Therapy?

Emma wearing her cap and gownComing from a small, all-girls high school, to a super close knit bachelor's program with only 14 people in my cohort, I knew I thrived in a small setting where you really get to know your professors and classmates.

When looking into Occupational Therapy (OT) programs, I knew I couldn't just be a face in a crowded classroom. I needed a program where my professors would know my name, my interests, and my strengths as a future occupational therapist. Drexel offered exactly that, the resources and reputation of a major city university, but with a program that still feels like a community.
