Why did you choose Orthotics & Prosthetics?
I chose to study Orthotics and Prosthetics at Drexel University because it combines my love for science, creativity, and helping others. Being able to create custom devices that help people regain their mobility, independence, and confidence is one of the reasons this profession stood out to me. I've always enjoyed creating things, so I knew I wanted a career that involved hands-on skills and patient care. What I love most about this profession is the opportunity to make a direct impact on people's lives by supporting them through the physical and emotional challenges they face. I also hope more people discover this field because it allows us to improve quality of life and make a lasting impact.
